Basicaly you won't get PR juice from links that are nofollow.
Well do follow links are best than nofollow. Dofollow links says to google and other sites that mut follo that link.

Here is my guide on nofollow backlinks. Does No follow backlinks help you with link juice . The answer is yes and no. Googles does not count them as links for link juice. It still helps your rank becuase having a diverse link profile is very important and google sees there is only do follow links they will think something is fishy and make the site lose ranking. Nofollow link is not considered as a backlink. Bot wont crawl that nofollow link. But it gives some traffic.. :)
The do or no follow subject will probably live forever because some people still don’t understand the power of it. When you say link juice, some people may think your talking about a juice from the store. :D
Do follow = Share PR juice + back links
No follow = Back links
Today, both are helpful, nofollow and dofollow so use both of them as both make your back links natural also if you have any doubt about nofollow then it is is not going to give you any disadvantage as they help in getting traffic as well.
