Does anyone have any preferred link exchange networks they use?

I'm thinking of something along the lines of 1 link/review per page or a blog/review post exchange site?

I don't want just a link exchange directory, something more web 2.0ish. I'm sure there must be something out there, I'm just wondering if anyone has any reviews or suggestions.
