The link coming from such website...which having the less outbound link and high PR.
Link from high quality sites which has good PR and low outbound links called good links.

I would describe a good link to be:
- high page PR, not just domain
- low OBL
- dofollow
- permanent
- relevant content
Hard to find really really good links all the time, something usually is sacrificed
A Good Link is a link which tends
To bring traffic
Highly relevant
Highly authority
A Good link is one which is not broken, coming from an authority website can is related to your niche or to your webpage.

A goodlink is from a site that is relevant to your site, if it has a high pr ranking then all the better. Go for relevant links, dont go for those $2 for 10k backlink packages.
Yes, you have reason to be relevant, but has some spam filter that allows as many as it gives a bad impression and distrust.
Links from .gov and .edu sites are considered as Good links.. Then links from high PR sites, or popular sites with high traffic.
a link coming form a site which is indexed, the site must have other links pointing to it, the site must have authority in the niche, and it must be relevant to my own site in some way.
This is what i do when I search for quality links.

Well, the links should be relevant, try to get high pr links as much as possible also don't link to spam sites, if the domain age is higher then it would give great benefit.
