Could you explain some of these points to me? Some of it is not really making sense, and I would really like to understand, especially if it can help me with the work I do. I mean, saying what to do more or less of is all well and good, but my question is why?

what do you mean by "Less use More use" and "about rankings about conversion"

all of them mostly looks like titles and you forgot the content parts.
