it seem blackhat can built only less quality link?

i been browsing around alot of blackhat service past few month but most i see is big amount of backlink less quality of backlink actually everyone should know number of backlink is not totally equal to PR and to rank higher quality related niche backlink seem more important ,so far all blackhat dont seem working for me i been purchase quite a few blackhat service but it seem only whitehat backlink is not removed by google and got indexed all my balckhat backlink did not really been index

Yes it is short term fun, like profile links and other spam tactics, better build less but quality related backlinks and you will be rewarded for that in short and long term.
