What is the best Backlinking Strategy?

Hey guys,

I hope somebody can give me some guidance on the best backlinking strategy for my new site.
-using NicheFinder/google keyword tool to research on keywords


Keyword Status:
-My target keyword is 70,000 exact match in google keyword tool
-no 1 is imdb (82 backlinks - site explorer)
-no 2 is wikipedia ( no data)
-no 3 is undisclosed website ( 99 backlinks - site explorer)
-it is not a high paying keyword, the purpose is to promote a highly sought related cpa product on the targeted keyword

Site Status:
- Site is purely whitehat
- Site is using Wordpress
- Currently using blog format dynamic homepage


Here is what I did so far.

1. Content is optimize (keyword density, H1 tags, meta tags, title, description, internal linking, ), all the good stuff in on page optimization.
2. Made some backlinks to Top bookmarking sites.
3. Made some videos to top video sites and place backlink and related keywords.

Actions to be done:

1. Use IMT tools
2. Article Submissions
3. Free Blogs content(blogger/tumbler/etc) with backlink to target keyword
4. profile backlinks/blog comments

Questions:
1. What do you guys think is the better option, static homepage or dynamic homepage?
2. How difficult is it to outrank imdb and wikipedia with the provided data above?
3. Do you think I should target easier keywords first?
4. Is it safe to use xrumer blast(3k profile backlinks) on the web 2.0 properties?
5. Is it also safe to buy blog commenting services(4k blog comments) and link it to bookmarks/articles

I have read seobunny uses xrumer and seonuke on her sites which rank well. Would love to learn how to properly use this tools.
I haven't use xrumer or seonuke before so I would greatly appreciate if someone can share their knowledge on this tools.

Getting this amount of back link is not a matter of one day.You need to work hard for this.You keep on following the link building methods like blog posting, article posting,forum posting, classified posting, social book marking, directory submission and press release submission.Try them all and you will achieve your goal.

I prefer the best link-building strategy to get more back-links is analyzing competitors back-links and try to get links from ur competitors, social bookmarking, Niche submissions and submitting in high valued article directories..

Content Marketing is the best way to marketing your product because it is highly affected from every perspective either you imagine Google or users. First write unique content and then properly channelize it because there are many who are creating informative content so when your users have no access or dont know about your content you cannot properly get benefit from it. Give information to users at their Door steps.

Definitely, definitely, target easier keywords first. Those are fast to rank and you can start making money faster. Once you have a few keywords on page 1, then start to focus on more popular keywords.
Focusing on my main keyword is a mistake I made with my site that cost me some traffic at the beginning.

Go in for Social Bookmarking, Blog Commenting, Forum Posting, Article Submissions etc. But don't expect immediate results. It takes some time for the results to show up.
