Why Back Links to my site disappear?
How is it possible?
Sometimes they up again, but not always, sometimes they disappear and never back...Why?

Your backlinks are likely not disappearing, but not showing up in the Yahoo Explorer API. Neither yahoo nor google backlink checker are 100% accurate by design. There are far more backlinks that they do not show and they do vary on which ones they show.

Yahoo Site Explorer will only show 1000 links. The backlinks may still be valid, but the various search engines may not have found them yet, may not be displaying the same ones each time, or other factors.

Google wont show all backlinks by using query, so you can use google webmaster account to check your backlinks. Yahoo show only 1000 links, so your link not disappearing, its not in 1000 links.

Webmaster tools can give you some perspective of what is going on, but you need to use other tools and combine that into bigger picture and still you will not know about all of your backlinks.
