Is there a way/tool/software/method to get back-links from PR websites that are related to my Niche?

I have good results with Comment Kahuna (free!). It allows you to search for blogs related to the keyword you enter and then post (relevant!) comments to the pages that are sorted by PR. Mind you, this is not automated, so you need to enter the comments manually so it requires a bit of your time, but in order for them to get approved you should do it manually anyway. It is working as I already see the active backlinks from the blogs I commented on.

Yes, you can acquire backlinks for virtually any niche, even alt-text backlinks are acceptable from non-related sites/pages.

It is a challenge getting really good backlinks, especially if your niche is very small. I've been building a list of free or cheap linkbuilding tools for my own use, but others can certainly use it. *See profile homepage link
