let me see if I can explain. :) Creating blogs means that you would go to WordPress, Blogger, or any other site that allows you to create free blogs, or buy a domain for yourself and ue it as a company blog. Here you would write articles and submit them to these blogs.
Classifieds posting simply means that you look for sites offering classified adverts and submit an advert to them. Make sure you follow their guidelines to the letter though, or you would end up not getting the advert placed at all. Three way links are something I would rather avoid, as most people merely use this as a way to manipulate search engines.
Reciprocal links are when you place links to your company on a site and in return you place the link of the site you linked on, on your own website.... this can lead to problems unless the links are actually related to your business. Avoid sites that are nothing but lists of links as well. These are called link farms and are generally penalized by Google.
Articles and Directory submission speaks for itself. You write content rich articles and submit them to article directories like Ezine. Directory listings are when you submit your site to online directories, and it is an area you need to be very careful with. Follow the guidelines each directory has and make sure your descriptions etc. are added as well. a lot of directories are human powered, and if an editor has to go to your site to create a description, he would either use the wrong one, or decline your submission outright.
Creating articles on your site and keeping them fresh and updated can be beneficial as well because crawling spiders love looking at new content. You could implement this on your site's news page for instance. Creating wiki links aren't the most important thing to do, and it more or less explains itself as well. :) Forums.... mmm touchy subject this. A forum backlink can help, but only slightly. A lot of people register with forums, create useless posts and then either link drop or use links in their signature. a small warning to take note of is that many quality forums are heavily watched. if you try use a signature link before you're allowed to, or just create useless posts to get to the minimum posts allowed to gain a signature link, you would most likely be banned. You need to add quality posts. become a part of the community and help out where you can. I am a "mentor" on one of my other forums and part of my duties are to check for spam. and to them spam is when you either link drop, use a sign before you're allowed to, or are just there to get to the minimum posts required to post a signature link. I have already warned many that don't post quality posts, so be warned :)
Social networking is using sites like facebook and twitter to promote your business and to let any fans know what the company is up to and when new promotions are out. These can be really helpful to any business. While giving free stuff away is always good, make sure what you give away is of good quality. Whatever you offer for free generally works as a spokesperson for your business.
Video submission is where you create videos and upload them to YouTube, Metacafe and the like. it can be good for business, but you also need to stick to their guidelines.

The last three cover what was said about directory submissions, the only difference is that you would have to pay for the service. The same with site links. There are people on forums all over the world selling placements for links. Once again, as with my last warning about link farms, make sure you aren't paying to be on that list. Paid banner ads is where you would simply pay for the space on a website to show your company banner or advert.

Only SEO is a way to promote website in SERP and make backlinks.

I think we should avoid paid links since Google does not like them and your website might get penalized by Google.

My top 3 methods:
1. Blog Comment Posting.

I never use paid services...since already restricted by Google.

Not all paid services are slammed by Google, and neither are paid listings. If it was bad, why would you be able to buy sponsored listings in Yahoo and google and work with adsense?

Read up a bit about some of the big companies caught for selling links. It's not about selling the links or buying the links, its related to people advertising link sales and not making sure that the content on both sites (both theirs and the ones buying links from them) are about the same thing or in the same business sector. You can't have a website promoting scrambled egg recipes and then have links on that page for Blow Torches. Unless you're teaching a survival lesson where you would scramble eggs with a blow torch.

yes, paid services backlink is not good, because google can view your website is spam

i think more directory submission more back links.
back link also increases with blog commenting article submission and many more things

My link building methods are social bookmarking,reciprocal,directories,articles,forums and blog commenting

Bookmarking, forums, and blogs - the social "activities" will be the dominating forces in backlinking for the next year plus. (Other social activities, receiving FB likes, retweets, and Google's +1). Static forms should be losing weight in the algorithms: article marketing, directories, non interactive backlinking. But these still have value and will always have value of some kind.
