if i make a link in an forum signature as "Information & Technology News" while in an other forum signature as "Earn Free Online Money In Pakistan" and so on.
similarly for blog comments. is this good for seo or i have to use same text always?

It is a must that you mix your anchor text.

I just now understand that the need to diversify the title, description to submit in multiple directories or submit in many forums. It is important to be able to improve the ranking of blogs. So far I always make the same name for many directories.Thank you for information.
