Links are still very important for search engines to assess your article. While I don't recommend "building links" with manual efforts, the practice of promoting, requesting link credit for referencing your work, and broken link-building are not dead. It's not a necessary process, but your marketing efforts would be a lot less effective without it!
you need a little bit of both to make it looks like its organic
I also think both are beneficial but in a ratio of 65:35 as it is assumed that Google only crawls do follow links , So I kept the ratio 65:35.

thank you very much to all of you
Do follow links are more important, but I think people over analyze that factor a bit too much.
The best link is one seen by readers interested in your content or products. If you focus on putting your links in places with interested readers and high traffic, then you do not need to worry so much about follow/no-follow.
Let me say that a different way. Do you want a no follow link on a blog with 100,000 daily readers interested in your latest blog post, or do you want a follow link on a blog with 100 weekly readers that are only slightly interested in what you have to say?
Focus on eyeballs and relevancy. Let the follow/no-follow take care of itself.
from my liking do follow are much better then no follow.
How can I find do follow links???? Any idea????
There are two types of signatures offering by the forums one type is no follow and other one is do follow. For no follow forums in the anchor tag signatures they will mention rel equal to no follow that means search engine should not consider that anchor link in its search results. For do follow signatures will not have any rel tags directly anchor tag only, then you consider it as do follow which will helps to your website rank increase.
You can check the Meta Tag of your links,
The dofollow goes like this <a href="LINK URL">Keywords</a> when nofollow there is another addition like ,a href="Link URL" rel='nofollow'>Keywords</a>
Dofollow are good because search engines crawl them. But a nofollow link is often just as important as dofollow, especially when it comes from high authority sites like wiki
Mixture of Dofollow & Nofollow is always a good idea to be safe in the eyes of search engines.
Many SEO expert suggest 70/30 or 60/40 is good mixture of such links.
