like how does that exactly work, and how do they judge that.
because my one domain i have probably 5-7K backlinks and i feel i dont get a proper rank.

You need to make tests(split testing) to be sure,
or apply for job in Google.
Maybe your competition has more backlinks than your site. Also backlinks are not the only thing that matters when it comes to ranking.Quote:

Anchor text is critical to use... without using it properly inserting a keyword backlinks are useless. Having said that though you should not always put a keyword in anchor text, stick with 70% use 30% use something else like click here, or visit my site, etc.

google is fussy on quality not quantity... diversity not bulk, and anchor text ratios have changed too!
