Sandbox after 301 redirect

I had 30k hits nice website earning good money and one day google stop my ads for stupid reason for 2 years I was earning from that website.

And I decided to change my url with 301 redirect ; now its getting 3k hits by bing and yahoo but not google.

My future pagerank seems pr6 nearly all pages removed from old website , sometimes is says 800page still there sometimes its 7000 I cant understand : ( So my new website still in sandbox , i dunno what to do if i change design or some content Im scare about 301 redirect things.

Have u got any suggestion?
Or maybe I should wait but im waiting for 3 months...

These things come under Black hat seo techniques and will be caught one day or the another ,so its best to avoid.

I never banned by google. Only stopped my ads. Never done blackhat seo , my question is about 301 redirect not adsense.

Nearly for 3 months. Im getting hits from yahoo,bing, google images but not google im definitely in sandbox even yandex sends more hit from google.

Is this site of yours targeting many long tail keywords or few high searching keywords?

Yes it's , my serps were really high by these keywords and this is multilinguel website got nearly 40k pages to index.

You didn't answer my question, so I can't give you some more info...

OK please choose, from which you got most visitors:
1)many long tail keywords
2)few high searching/competitive keywords

OK, Then you need to leave that 301 redirect to that new website.
Optimize new website for that targeted keywords...
Every week over period of 3-4 months build quality backlinks to that new website with keywords in anchors you are targeting in the first place.
Track ranking results for every week.

build backlinks with :article, blog networks(blog posting), blog commenting + social bookmark those backlinks and your website from do-follow social bookmarking websites.
You can use/mix other backinks building tactics like directory submission, forum posting, profile links, etc...

Also try to mix your main keywords with long tail keywords 60%(main):40%(long tail)
Don't forget to build few backlinks to deep pages with long tails keywords also.

You will see ranking improvements in both main and long tail keywords rankings.

If you mean "future PR" from these online tools that can predict PR, then it is crap, they know shit, only google know what is going on and only they can calculate your PR.
So keep building quality in content links, don't stop.

You are right but its difficult to find links for celebrity website even directories and buying links , rarely content site exist : (

Thats why you need to use blog networks like ama, backlinksolition, etc.. and article submisison services also press releases will work well for celebrity niche.
