Different webpages in the eye of search engine

I don't know how to explain it generally.. but lets make an example for it

My site have many different webpages that i specifically target it for certain keyword.. if one those webpages being slap or throw away by google.. will it effect another one?

webpages A - still good in ranking
webpages B - still the same
webpages C - being slap and throw away or punish by SE.. maybe due to blasting thousand of link per day

So if webpages C is being punished.. will it effect another webpages ranking also? or google look it as different entity of campaign?

No it won't. Although one cannot be sure about these things that what Google will do. But what I think is the penalty is simply on website C. Thats it.. website A and B are clean.

There are so many SBM and directory sites which are doing black hat to increase their PR and traffic. If Google penalizes it, it is not going to penalize all the 100 or maybe 1000 links present on it.
But now since you know the problem with C, you better remove links related to A and B.

It really depends on the situation.
For example when my site was manually punished, all webpages went down in SERPs.

Thanks for the answer, i think you misunderstood my question.. it is webpages not website.. it means the webpages come from the solely one website.. for example i have website that give info about iphone, then within the website it must have home pages, post pages, and related webpages that i named to webpages A, B and so on.. however i understand how you explain to me.. thanks

ok thanks, i understand now, so google counted the backlinks as per site? not per pages? (only if google want to punish)

I don't know what they did exactly and I'm 99% sure I will never find out what exactly happened,
but I guess someone reported my site or/and they inspected it manually, then they "removed" it from SERPs for all my keywords(sandboxed it).

That's ridiculous. I did NOT know that google could manual sandbox your site!? I thought that was the premise of their whole approach that the algorithm is meant to be good enough to not require any manual intervention. Having a manual removal process makes them more of a shady monopoly than I ever thought it was before. Though if it does happen, is it possible to counter it or appeal it via webmaster tools reinstatement?

Regarding the original question though, I would assume that your entire site is in jeopardy if Google finds one of your pages to be a portal from a link farm or some other violation, though I don't think you can be sure what would happen. Google only suggests on how it ranks and filters urls, but it never EXPLICITLY states what it is going to do.
