Today I have got a query on whether is it possible to reach Top 10 position on Google within 1month.

If you apply black hat method then it may possible, otherwise never!

Well, in a month, it won't happen, regardless of your keywords and how often their searched for etc. The best thing to do is to keep building natural links, keep updating with fresh, unique content, and taking part in social networks to drive traffic etc. In the end, you'll get to your goal, but it will take longer than a month.

Then it will take longer than 1 month and you should done natural seo, that also Phoenyx has suggested

It depends on what the niche is too, if its highly competitive you may never ever see it in that region. Do what the quote says and ALLOW time. This does not happen over night.

If it doesn't have too much competition yea, it is really difficult. But possible.

It is difficult but possible, work with the proper link building strategy, read and follow the guidelines issued by Google experts on ranking high and link building, target high PR websites, forums and blogs for building links, use pure white hat techniques for building links, and check and correct all the errors noticed in webmaster tools also do SBM and SMO for getting more visitors on your site.

it's possible , if you spend your time and money focus on your keyword. i can say it's will on top 10 on google

It will be hard. Plenty of research is needed first.

You mean with a completely new site?

It is possible for low and medium competition keywords. But very hard to high competition keywords.

It really depends on the niche you are competing in. In one niche I managed to hit 5th position for high traffic low competition keyword (according google keywords tool) in less than a months and to achieve PR4 in 2 months for that new site. It wasn't completely white-hat but site rankings are kept for more than 3 months now and site survived all recent google algorithms updates.

In another niche (another website) I used same technique (complete "copy/paste") for high competition keyword and site is still not in top 100 results

All your views will help me to decide.

I think that would be possible if there is low competition with your chosen keyword but if that was a competitive one then it would require hard work and a lot of link building. But aside from that you must also follow search guidelines so that you will prevent yourself from being flagged.

You can reach google page 1 even 1st place in even less than a month,but the competiotion needs to be very very low and the keyword you rank with has to be like 50-100 searches per month(broad).
I have done that for a week.And got from PR0 to P3 in a month.

Now a days,New websites doesn't get top rank in only one month.At my point of view,You going for black hat SEO techniques for getting rank.Proper way of optimization helps long time reputation in search engine.
