Attacking this way will not affect his ranking by any means...
Ethics will come in picture when your efforts results in ranking loss.. and I am giving you an example I am not doing anything like that.... I have better work to do and better way to rank my sites

what information you shared i also tried this for our website and i see result is about 40 % greater than what i done previous.

I think I CANt show my blog in the top ten of the results in 48 hours... I think it is possible but the ranking I guess will just be volatile...
