Google kicking out low-quality "exact-match" domains !
Saw this in Mat Cutts twitter yesterday. It says There is a upcoming algo change that will be targeting law quality "Exact-Match" domain names.

another said it will affect 0.6% of English-US queries to a noticeable degree. Unrelated to Panda/Penguin.
I have bunch of exact matching .info and other TLDs which are pointed at money sites. All those mini sites have unique nonspun content but every little of it. So I'm wondering what exactly they would be meaning by "low quality" there.
