Thread: Improve Adsense Earnings

Hello friends,
I am using adsense on my site. Since past 30 days or so I am earning atleast $0.01 daily and I have earned about a $1 in this month. Every day I am getting about 50 impressions on my site. Please guide me what steps should I follow next ? Also, please let me know if my ads size selection is good or not.
Any Other suggestions also welcome

As always with adsense adding great content is a big key. Also try some different area's on your site for ad placement and experiment some on some sites different area's may produce better click results.

Use of right niche and right keywords as well as good research prior of starting website to see is there a competition/market for it.

you need a high paying niche and a website witha good structure + quality content

content, content, content......images, video are also great to include into your content. maybe consider cu ration.

targeted content to appropriate audience/visitor + good backlinks, actually will work.. make a good research first regarding the niche you choose and the competition of the keyword you choose

There are couple of things you need to think about.

1) Keyword - some keywords are very low paying or have little demand. Specially entertainment related keywords get pretty low value clicks.
2) Ad Placement - make sure ad placement in layout is optimized. Putting maximum number of ads won't get you more money. few ads in right placement will get your higher value clicks
3) Right content - Content should be relevant to the keyword you are targeting and there has to be enough content
4) quality traffic - You need to quality traffic mainly from USA, Canada and west Europe. Most of Advertisers target these sites so competition is high and u get high value clicks.
5) Neat layout - make sure you have clean and neat layout where ads can be clearly seen and there aren't many other out bound links.
