I need help in getting adsense account re-approve,

I had account open with adsense,but I close,I need to open another adsense account using my original name from my first account with adsense.

Can it be done?

Did they ban your first account ? If not then it shouldn't be a problem. Apply with good site which is at least 4-5 months old.

Ok, just create a new one. But you need to use another email which is not associated with another AdSense account.
