Google Dance, Huge Jumps
Just curious if it is normal to be dancing from the 2nd and 3rd page to out of the top 100 on a daily basis?
lol
I know to expect some jumping around but this seems a bit crazy but I could be wrong and over worried about it

If your rank is dancing, in other words, if it is not stable, It is recommended to get some more backlinks. Try to get some theme links like from blogs, press releases and etc. Try to do some deep-link building (get backlinks to your inner pages) - All these things will make Google to think "Good" about your site and give more credits on ranking :)

Thanks for the info, I have just been directing all backlinks to my root and subdomain
I will start sending more stuff to inner pages

I agree with Londonseo, after Google Penguin update its necessary to link not only to the main domain rather to deeper pages ans use different anchor text for your Urls, so the strategy is: DIVERSIFICATION of anchor texts anr Urls in your backlink building campaigns

You should focus on blog comments and try to spent more and more time on social media sites to market your website, hope you will get good figure of traffic as well as stability in SERP ranking which will be good for your business.

No, not really. It is not normal for me. Stable ranking is normal to me... In some cases jumping from page to page is quite normal.

My site just got sand boxed which is strange
but who knows it could have been something from some backlinks I bought
