Hello Dears

Just follow these simple and natural tacts to avoid being banned by Google. I created these myself and also reviewed by my friends.

Add the following things to your site:

Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions (Privacy Statement, Confidentiality, Log Files, Cookies, Links to this website, Links from this website etc)

If you want to save your site, make changes in it for some days... I mean update it. Create section "My Researches" or "My Blog" Put articles about your business. As much unique articles you can put.. But post as soon as possible. Google will not penalize those sites having lot of contents.

Mainly Google is banning those sites having very low amount of contents and lot of search Optimization. So Don't be late.

I found some interesting reading about the Penguin update as well. It's being called an SEO killer.

It’s one of the most important rules of search engine optimization. Don’t depend solely on SEO. Especially don’t depend solely on Google, the largest of the SEO sources.
We seem to agree that its “over” optimized sites that are getting hit the hardest, and that its the SERPS [search engine results] for really competitive keywords that are delivering the least relevant results. Not that I am accusing Google of doing this, but the less relevant commercial SERPs are, the more likely someone is to click the Adword. The more people who click on Adwords, the more money that Google makes.

The post makes reference to SEO and Spam a lot, so its not mainly about content, but low quality content is a sore point. If you write content that is basically written for search engines, you're going to get your fingers burnt.
I seriously recommend reading that post from beginning to end though. Some really wise words in there.

Quality content and quality back links are strictly important to get a high rank and to protect against the Google penalty. So now onwards, whatever you would do in SEO is based entirely on the quality rather than quantity-based, so the quality will be maintained in SEO for not getting penalized by Google search engine.

I've said it from the start...
Quality content is the only way for your website to survive over the years. No need for thousands of backlinks, especially on meaningless directories and low exposure websites.
Even edu and gov are losing effectiveness...

Content has always been key, with anchor text links to deeper pages on your site.

OP that's good advice but unfortunately that won't save sites from getting sandboxed. Google is waging war on SEO in general, and the reason being is they want to force people to pay for ad-words to rearch the front page. Many many sites that never done anything shady/blackhat and had TOS etc...were hit and hit hard. Google doesn't care, the employee who left them semi-recently to join Microsoft even said Google has changed and is all about the bottom line now. Also that Google+ was their primary focus, so look out for that to be integrated into EVERYTHING they own.

I don't see how trying to force someone to us adwords would make them any more popular, in fact, that might make marketers move over to other search engines. (My 2 cents anyway).

It's all about the bottom line - big brand = big money. Simple as that. And as long as other popular platforms (esp. facebook) don't come out with a dedicated search engine, Google will be the major player.
