Bit of a strange poll IMO.

Get page rank by have quality on your site and some decent backlinks.

For free the best way ar directory and article submission, if you have money you can buy 3-4link from pr2-3 sites

Directories are also can submitted with free of cost to get 1PR

I actually don't understand this poll. Do you mean to get a google page rank 1 or to get page 1 in search engine results rankings? For the former, nothing. For the latter, depends on the overall lifetime value of the keyword phrase.

a pr1 site is not difficult to achieve as stated here few backlink on pr2 or pr3 site (mine are done as comment) and that all it take .

If you want a free method, do articles submission to articles directory. There a lot other way that eat you some cost and usually its not cheap. Such, press release, hire outsourcing to do your backlink job etc.

blogwalking is free... find some dofollow blog with high PR and give a relevant comment about their article. Just don't spam, blogs with high PR is very tight in comment moderation..

You should be getting Google PR 1 after a couple of months of adding contents, is actually very easy. Getting your sites to PR:4+ that's the hard part.

OP no need to spend a single pie. Just submit your article to 4-5 article directories to get a backlinks ,you will get a PR1 or even more.

How fast you get 1 PR point can only know google, however try the best. I would recommend: 1. to create desiderable content (thats a must after the two last google updates), 2. to get good quality traffic and 3. to keep your bounce rate under 60%.

Improve your website back-links

Build backlinks, update your site frequently, try to cover a wide range of keywords in your page titles and description of what you cover.

That is the good question.. moreover i just want to share something..i have a blog that don't frequently update ever and also not do any SEO.. i just leave it like that for about a year and half.. then.. after that the blog got PR1 i really don't know how google give that

PR can be achieved just by blasting with scrapebox (not recommended).
