I mostly see that keywords ranking of my website varies from country to country. Whether in India, USA or the UK the range changes each time. I do not understand the reason for these variations. Can anyone help me about this?

Country specific results given more weight to give the user more relevant results perhaps?
It depends on the popularity of the keyword among the people of a country. The more the popularity the more the competition for that keyword and this further affects the overall ranking. e.g. baseball keyword may be more popular in North America but not in Asia so its ranking will be different for both regions.
this is also happening to my site, my website is ranked on 2nd page in Asian countries but it is not appearing outside Asia
