Changes in algorithm
Matt Cutts mentioned this on the SXSW
What about the people optimizing really hard and doing a lot of SEO. We don’t normally pre-announce changes but there is something we are working in the last few months and hope to release it in the next months or few weeks. We are trying to level the playing field a bit. All those people doing, for lack of a better word, over optimization or overly SEO – versus those making great content and great site. We are trying to make GoogleBot smarter, make our relevance better, and we are also looking for those who abuse it, like too many keywords on a page, or exchange way too many links or go well beyond what you normally expect. We have several engineers on my team working on this right now.”
What do you guys think about this? What might change in future? And how could this have a influence on websites? Any methods to prevent getting problems with the own over optimized sites?

"versus those making great content and great site."
I'm really waiting for this update. It should boost many of my sites. :)

They always change something. It's just hard to keep track of all those changes. I think sticking to seo basics is the best option or it will be in future.

This is really very good update which will come in the nearer future from the side of Google because currently, many of the sites are doing their best with good and quality content but in the comparison of over optimization with no quality content, they are slow. So this update will increase the value of good site with quality content.

The best algorithm update by Google is its panda update. Unless your website has original, useful and relevant content on it, you won't be able to improve its rankings on Search Engines.

Yes, you are right, Punda Update is helpful for all...
