Ever wonder what factors get your site ranked? Seomoz has released an analysis that explains it all. There are charts, and even excel reports you can download and read through at your own leisure.

Over the pages of this document, you'll see segmentation of the search ranking algorithm into various components like "page-specific, link-level features," or "domain-level, keyword-agnostic features." These segments represent the different elements illustrated on the pie chart to the right. In each segment, you'll see three types of charts.

I like it, now i can show this to my boss

i just read the report, there are a lot of 'term' that i don't understand and make me confuse....... (especially when reading about page level link metric)

There should be explanations to the terms. If not, shoot me a pm with the terms you don't understand, and I will find some material for you to explain them
