Thread: site:mysite.com increase. How to do this?

Hello,

site:mysite com parameter is only 52k and it was more than 1m

I was wandering about boosting site: param by linking to subpages with info about my website on other sites linking to my site, like alexa com or updowner com

as not every subpage is even indexed there, but still link is a link

Google bot could go there and back to my site...
Is it possible too increase site: param this way?


Any other ideas to increase site: parameter in google?

If you search in Google site:yourdomain.com then it would show all the pages of your site which are indexed in Google.

I couldn't understand what you are asking exactly.

Ping and/or bookmark interior pages as well as build some backlinks to them. This will help in indexing the pages, but it will also help your site overall.

This is known as a second tier backlink. This is a good idea. Sometimes this is done with a blog comment blast or forum profile links. At a minimum you should ping these pages with a pinging service and if there is an RSS feed associated with the page submit the feed to RSS aggregators.

As far as I know site:mysite.com returns the number of indexed pages of your website.

And this will increase as soon your pages will get indexed... For that you have to get more quality backlinks from pages which frequently get crawled
