Google different in different countries

is it good for Google to have different cover page for different countries?
According to me it only differentiate and create problem?what you people think?

I think it is good, there are always people that don't understand English very well and local google in their own language is just great solution for them.

I should know that, since in .ro not so many people understand all the notions in english. But sometime are words that sound a little bit strange in Romanian translated from English for .ro search engine. I could give you some examples, but i'm sure that aren't to many peoples that understand romainian here
