I have a nice edu profile page but when I type the profile page url in you have to be logged in to view it. Does this mean I won't be able to get it indexed for the link juice?

click on "cache" on google results... when you cant see your profile... so the googlebot also cant index this page!Quote:

Non Public Profiles are worthless. You can try to make a post and a few weeks later you check back and place a link in the post/your signature whatever.
