At my home my brother and me both are using same Computer. When I login in my account in Mozilla Google toolbar are seems but when my brother login by his account Google toolbar is not available. Why?

When installing toolbar you need specify that all users on the same computer can use the toolbar, so just reinstall it with that option enabled.
