My price comparison affiliate website has this weekend gone from 1,500 views a day to 35 and seems to now not being listed in google.
Any advice on what to do to get it back in the Google index?

It is same thing as if you lost your dog and you ask us this: "I lost my dog this weekend, any advice on how can I get it back?"
Maybe if you provide us with little more info we could help you.

if Google de-indexed your site, its not easy to get back soon. However you can do these
- remove all unwanted stuff from your site what makes your site looks like a content farm or a link farm
- avoid all black hat SEO methods you used
- do some genuine white hat SEO for 2 or 3 months and then re appeal again to index your site through Google webmaster tools
I often receive penality on my affiliate sites. Most of them are back after 2-3 weeks stronger than ever. Yesterday google de-listed my site about "breast enlargement pills" because of : 6500 XRUMEP links, 10 000 direct links with scrapebox, 140 000 2tier links with scrapebox, 600 articles with article marketing robot.
You should do some changes on your page. I suggest you to:
- CHANGE YOUR TITLE - remove your keyword on the title
- LINK TO WIKIPEDIA
-buy 5-6 +PR4 links!!! - that`s very important part!
- make link juice ( mixed links - nofollow, dofollow, non anchor, twitter, facebook, youtube, etc )
- buy 2-3 +PR4 domains and reddirect them to your deindexed page! - That`s very important part too.
With these rules my sites always come back after 1 month and they`re stronger than ever.
