i think 3 month should be the best... and it also depend on how many resources (quality backlinks) and what strategies you are going to implement... some can achieve under 1 month.. but i think it is to risky being fall down also.. because it will push your backlinks to index and keep into google database.... 3 month of timeline is safely approach.. regarding your backlinks will index slowly and naturally...

Just a few months ago, it would only take about a month to get to the top of page one for average keywords. Easy keywords within a couple of days. My current test started October 1st with keywords I have worked with for the past 3 years. Out of 20, 3 ranked without backlinks within 5 days, 2 more within 9 days. These all ranked for page 2. I now have 4 days with PBN high PR backlinks pointing to average keywords. Will see when they start to rank.

Depends on the keyword competition, the lowest the faster you can get ranked high.

You have used this word which has a deep meaning. Could you please tell exactly what is considered as a "quality backlink"? So far I have never found an answer which I can say has removed my confusion completely.

I work at web design company as an SEO Specialist and I am also struggling with rankings on Google organic It is harder but I must say more rewarding and it has also made me have to up my game. So far I have noticed sites I had ranked with only on page SEO has dropped/dissapeared but as soon as I added backlinks to those sites they are jumping to the top. Keep all backlinks relevant to you and the topic and it all seems to be fine.

Depends on the kind of backlink you are able to built. These days even low competitive keywords with low searches can take more than 3 months and many times may become impossible to rank them. But if you can get really good quality backlinks and pull traffic through your relevant anchor-texts, then that particular keyword can surely come up in quick time.

I can tell you with 100% certainty it will be somewhere between the next 10 minutes and never.

I know you state you are asking about a keyword with low competition, but what does that mean in terms of number of backlinks, quality of backlinks, and quality of the site?

There are phrases that are very specific with low competition that you will never unseat due to the high relevancy of government sites, Wikipedia, and other resources. On the other hand, there are phrases that you can literally rank for in hours, if you hit the right factors.

In general, expect it to take several weeks to make a good push with your SEO efforts, but do not be surprised when it takes six or more months, also.

Local sites can be ranked much faster, but on the flip side of that, those same local sites can keep you out of the listings in many search results for more global SEO efforts, too.
