this is my first time hearing of such private network "ghostrank" in the past the big G have been dealing with private networks I wonder why on earth people are still spending money on them

These networks keep going down.

How safe are the tools on here?

many private network of smiliar like this have been shot down by google and they are already out of business so they are not safe for use at all because many not yet affected are still going to go down
