this happens due to google penguine update 2.0 you have to do some optimizations and send some social signals and you will get recoverd.... contact if you want some new packages

Rank falling from 1st to 5th is not a big damage. It is a warning signal that due to many reasons ranking could have fallen more. I would recommend you to stop all your SEO work and re-analyze your strategies.
Yes, it is not big problem. Google always change their algorithm, maybe that's the problem. But, please dont worry, just keep quality content and informative. :)
