Build some HIGH pr backlinks, daily 3-5 such links will reduce the effect and create quality content!

try to buy some quality backlinks... to reduce your spamprofile and get more domain authority!

Those low quality backlinks actually does not help your website much. And if you get alarm message in your Google webmaster tool account, you need to take appropriate steps.
