I was invited to a webinar the other day via one of the lists I'm subscribed to. It shows strategies on how to do seo post penguin/panda and/or recover from the effects of penguin/panda. It is based on actual tested results and analysis of several sites. Here is a replay of the video?...

I was mostly focused on the backlinking aspect of this webinar and based on what I have learned from it, the advice that has been given on this forum by the admin and other cases I have researched where very few people I've seen say they have recovered from penguin, using the url/domain name as an anchor text when backlinking is very important and seems to be the most important and natural kind of link to have. The sites that were doing well in the search engine in the case studies all had atleast around 25% IIRC or more of their links as the url/domain name. Keyword/phrase diversity is also important but not as important as the latter type of links and doesn't seem to be effective without the latter type of links(url/domain name as anchor text).
