I would recommend to get high PR backlinks manually and not using a submission machine. The way to create backlinks is important in google´s eyes. If you build high PR backlinks manually (using human factor), than the links are going to be created properly and google will not ban you. Only if you forget human factor creating backlinks google could ban you
