How much time are you putting into SEO activities ?

I've seen cases where marketers are spending all their time on SEO and never see any results...
Personally I spend about 5 hours max per week on SEO and still get pretty good results...generally.

I spend about 3 to 8 hours a week to my own SEO. Sometimes more, sometimes fewer.

If have much work i hire freelancers or buy seo packages for that work.

This website does most of it for now Just because my time online is more useful for my university degree.

Seems reasonable...same here. I just outsource part of it.

SEO is always uppermost in my mind when creating content. Having done my keyword research and optimized my sites, every day I create keyword-specific content.

now it seem every time i take a look at my site, i will do the SEO process first in spite of design or maintain it, i maintain my website via monthly schedule, i focus more on SEO (creating content, backlink, etc)

I mostly just do it at the beginning of website creation to set-up On-Page(dynamically) and to jump start the Off-Page SEO with some quality backlinks,
then I use my tools (mostly) to help some inner pages and I might occasionally hire some people to do quality in content and on topic link building.
Then things just get snowballed and I don't do any more SEO, OK maybe her and there,
but generally then I'm done with the SEO and focusing on creating valuable things which will get viral and keep to grow that site even more and more beyond the capabilities of one man SEOer.
