Hey guys, hyperlinks are really vital in the eyes of search engines , it is really helpful when the name of the page you hyperlink to has the same keywords as in your hyperlink,so does this mean that we should use hyperlinks as many as possible? What do you think about this?

No it is better to limit your link and link density should be proper otherwise search engines will take your website towards the problem.

Your backlinks (hyperlinks) should be contextual and within the context there should be anchor text. The anchor text should contain the keyword(s) you are targeting - not necessarily the page name. The contextual element should ideally content LSI keywords - i.e. keywords that the search engines deem as relevant to your main keywords.

Like Alan has said, you want to limit it. Of course you don't want to be stuffing keywords w/ hyperlinks all over your context.. That's just spam. Personally, I only have went up to 2 before but that's just me

Yes he is right. you need to do about 10 links per day. thats it if you do 100 or 200 links a day and just leave it all your link seem spam in google eye. Also you need to make sure you use different keyword like if you have main keyword in 5 hyper links out of 10 then you need to make rest 5 with different LSI keywords .
with this strategy you will get the best result.

If you are doing it for visitor and ease of navigation through your site then that is okay, if that is the intent, but if you are doing to manipulate search engines then that is not okay, and you have to remember any outbound links from a page is a depletion in PR if it does not have the nofollow attribute; however, it you are trying to sculpt your PR then you can link the internal pages to your important pages and the pages that are not that important, or where a bot would go like the log in page you can block the flow of PR to that page.
