Thread: SEO analysis and planning

I am getting more and more into SEO but I want to know what is a good place to start as far as measuring a baseline so to speak? Is Google PR what I should be looking at, #of pages on 1st page, keywords I rank for?

This is all pretty new to me what is the best way to start?

Is there a website to give me a quality report I can start with - I know there are free reports out there what;s a good one or a cheap service someone has used and highly recommend?
