Do Organic seo for quality traffic. It may takes time to appear in resulting but it would be beneficial.

build a fanpage, gain quality 'like' by normal user, posts something useful, build your reputation and give something value to your group, then after a certain moment, you will gain organic traffic

If you want organic traffic from other country then do groups in specific country for example if you want to organic traffic from uk then open google.co.uk then search google groups then login and join with uk groups same apply with yahoo but for yahoo use uk.yahoo.com and then join different different groups for UK traffic.

For getting organic traffic, you should create quality backlinks. Organic Traffic comes from search engines and gives the most stable form of traffic for websites.

I think we have to use high niche keyword, so our website can be rapidly on search engine, and traffic will be come to our website

facebook pages and Search engines are the best way. But many people dont do it properly so, it become hard for them to get traffic

Facebook pages are confusing at the best of times though. No one seems to want a generic looking fan page, but to use the apps, you need a developer degree or at least know how to speak borg or klingon. lol. People need to take some time and learn about what goes on when you create a page, but at the same time I think FB should simplify things a little.

Thanks to new timeline (forced with pages). Many are giving up with the Facebook. Hopefully the whole place goes down....

i use traffic g to get traffic to my site does anyone else use traffic exchange i also use google + 1 exchange and facebook like exchange sites are these bad????

Only to rank your keywords those have good searches in search engine because organic traffic is not easy to gain you have to work very hard rank your keywords then you get benefits.

Well new Timeline theme is very confusing. I'm sticking with the older but more simple theme. But unfortunately FB is getting more traffic than Google it self so it's hard to ignore it SEO wise.
