Pinging is not good, it is unnatural and the search engines might not like it.

I'm not often to do ping, because i confuse, someone tell ping is not good for SEO and another one tell me that's good. Can anybody suggest me what the best..?

I have WP blog, so WP pings automaticilly all my new posts. I think pinging is very needed thing.

Pinging a website or webpage, it's needful for index a website or webpage...
