Points to remember after PANDA update.

    Hello,
Below points one should remember when you are creating sites or doing SEO on it or writing content.

Panda was introduced because there were lots of SEO companies who were satisfying their clients with many backlinks strategies and Google search engine found that their is a lot of spammy things are happening due to this backlinks strategy so they introduced Panda to stop those spam, so that it won't affect search engines any more..

After Panda one should note the following points, so that Search engine will not penalize you.

1)Maintaining keywords denstity-- for 100 words content their should 5% keyword density, its strictly.
    2) 1:3 should be outbound links
    3) nofollow and dofollow ratio--- 1 dofollow and 5 nofollow links
    4) length of your article-- prefer length not number of articles
    5) Social media-- Its the must, google is indexing tweets as well so do stick with social media sites like facebook, twitter, etc.

What would you prefer, only suggest which are affective after PANDA update..

    Hi,

Its a nice information, thanks. One point i wanna include is the duplicate content. You must avoid the duplicate content. The content should be unique for each and every page....

Nice. Thanks for the tips. Can I ask where you got them from?

Instead of writing 350 word articles, a 700-1000 on is better? Hmm.....might have an idea there!

I have even been told that when I write a post or article of over 800 that I am able to convey more advice, information and that readers generally enjoy the articles / blogs more because of that. It's just that I don't always have the time to write that much...

I did some work for a client last week 5 x 800 words on a gardening niche product. It's so difficult but as a sales page/review type article, it makes sense. It does mean the content is more structured as you have to use titles (h1,h2 etc) which is good for on-page anyway.

My little plan is, as I have an article directory, is to smash two articles together and have 1,000 word articles. I'm sure with a little tweaking it will work a treat. I'm also testing 2,000 word travel guides. In some cases, not having to stop and move onto the next keyword might be easier. I can write at 1,200 words per hour, researched and uniquely, so this could be my new way of writing for my own sites.

More or less the same as I can. I tend to do my researching beforehand though. I read through everything and tend to form an opinion (I am a woman after all - jokes) but from there I write. In about half an hour to 45 minutes I have a unique post that I can then tweak as well. I generally link to relevant content, add some imagery etc. I just have to get into the process of creating my own images, but I find that linking to an authority site can do some good. This is strictly blogging of course. I do the same with my articles, just minus the links and imagery. I think its easy for me, because I type fast, so my fingers can generally keep up with my mind I just have to edit a few spelling mistakes afterwards but I do love writing....

1200 words in one hour is really fast. I'm working on a medical related website and I'm writing an article of 800 words in three hours or so . I translate the information from official German, English, American and Australian patient information. Then I translate them very carefully and mash them up.

One question: on every page I do have about 7 to 8 outbound links, but I accompany all of them with a rel="nofollow". Is this a wise thing? Or should I delete the nofollow attribute by two of them? Around 6 of them are affiliate links (which looks like much, but I guess most front users won't even notice it), and around 2 of them are linking to quality newspapers (New York Times, Guardian etc.)

It is important to try keep up with it all, but sometimes a person is just so busy they cannot get to everything at once? Which is why some aspects seems to suffer under the strain of being too busy.

Sometimes it's just good to have a guideline to work from in case something goes wrong and you're left trying to save the pancake from the fire.

Are you sure, you don't experience the difference between before panda and after panda update?

I think what Lonewolff meant is that these procedures are necessary before any panda update. In fact, it should be a part of any IM's work regardless of worrying about panda. If your content is unique and of a high quality then you wouldn't need to fear the panda at all.

You need to write qualiy articles that are unique and not already on 50 other sites. Spinning does not help they need to be completely new articles. If you do that panda will have no affect on you.
