I only use AMR from your list. I usually submit to PR1+ directories.

Scraprebox can be use for scraping valuable and high PR site then you can do blast blog commenting which can build great tones of backlinks. But be careful in using it esp if your site is still new, because it will not look natural to the search engine if you build tons of backlink in a new site.
TBS- is good for rewriting and spinning and article to make it unique, but make sure to create at least 50% rate of uniqueness to be free from any article duplication.
AMR- is best to use in submitting an article, but I usually choose only the article directory with higher PR. Hope it helps.

I dont think there is really a specific method that is better than any other. Just utilize all the features of them and you should see traffic. Just be careful not to post too many blog comments or submit to many articles. Do this gradually. If you get indexed from too many backlinks at once it can raise a red flag to search engines.

all i can say... for scrapebox you just need to harvest more article directory site, after get the list, put the list in AMR, then put human readable spun content (using best spinner) in that scheduler function of AMR.. then here you go.. push the submit button

You could probably get away with just AMR for now. Scrapebox will offer up the ability to harvest more directories, but since you haven't done anything with AMR, just submit with what it's setup with now. I'm guessing that AMR has some spinner built into it? Although the best spinner is pretty cheap right now, at $47/year. There were a few articles on not spinning content, because the original content sounds better. While you end up with dupe content, the internet is about syndication, so don't worry about it.

If you're just copying someones content, by all means spin it. If you're trying to create reasonable content to send out, you might want to just send it out unspun.

So pkennedy, are you trying to say duplicate content is OK for backlink purposes? and for better indexing rate in SERP you should use unique content.. am i right in this issues?
