What are the factors that influences to show my site structure and website links in Google search?

Google officially stated on what basis they show you're sure structure and how it evaluate the links.

As per Google:
"We only show sitelinks for results when we think they’ll be useful to the user. If the structure of your site doesn’t allow our algorithms to find good sitelinks, or we don’t think that the sitelinks for your site are relevant for the user’s query, we won’t show them."

So do we put extra efforts on site structure rather than blindly creating bunch of links?

Just write 2-3 good content daily, and google will always stick around your site, before you know it your website will look good to google.
