    Just focus on your page quality content and High authority backlinks. no matter weather no follow or dofollow.

    SEO result not only depends on Page Rank but also Domain Authority. And you might be penalized by Google if not follow Google's rules

    1. you should update the original content at website for better ranking
    2. you should create high quality link of website,
