Unhappy Keywords showing incorrect position in search results

When I search the results for keywords, they stand on first page. This is almost for all the keywords, I have used. When I check the keyword position using various online I came to know the correct position of all the keywords. But when I cross verify those on google, they all show up on fist page only which is not correct. This problem is only with my desktop. I tried clearing cache nut no use.

Yes. First I logg in into the account and then continue rest of my work on desktop. So most of time I am signed in into account.

Just now I noticed that my website's 2 web pages are showing incorrect meta titles. I guess they are showing the old titles.? Why am facing this issue?

It happens sometimes, so it would be better to clear the cache and try to search the keywords in the incognito mode.
SE shows the meta old meta title when you made changes in the meta title or description recently, so it takes some time to replace it with the new one.

Generally use the incognito mode in browser for checking the keyword ranking. Make the pages again to show correct meta tags.
