Web spam is used to improve the search engine result page ranking in this mainly in this all black hat techniques. It is mainly used in web pages to spam the search engines. It does not follow the guidelines of search engines.

i agrre with you on this. infact it is a purely blackhat seo technique that should be discouraged except if you want to achieve quick positive results but it comes with a negative price at the end

Yes I agree that websites will be ranked quickly with spamming in search engines but they will be punished at the time of filtering.

This is not something you should even think about if you are planning to use your web domain long term. Keep things ethical and use guest posting or other content creation to acquire links!

Web spamming is not advisable for any webmaster. Yes it works initially, but the url will be penalized at the end of the day.
