It is too hard to get backlinks from yahoo, but you can try yahoo question answers and yahoo directory.
yes its difficult but if you want to try you can try their yahoo directories or else search on google you'll get thousands of directories list.
yahoo answer is offering nofollow link. you can get link from yahoo answer to submit direct url in your answer or resource box.
It can be good, but it can also be difficult.
The aim with YahooAnswers is to write a REALLY good answer, which has your link in it just for additional information. You need to actually write the answer in YahooAnswers . . . don't just say "click the link to see the answer". If your answer gets chosen as the "best answer", then you'll get direct traffic from that, and it will be a good back-link.
BUT, Yahoo in general tends to ban or block users if there is any complaint, without any degree of investigating whether the compliant is valid or not. So ALL your work on YahooAnswers might get suddenly removed, for no good reason at all, even if you do the best you can.
So, by all means use it (and several other Q&A sites) as a small part of your SEO strategy, but keep in mind that you might suddenly lose all your links there, for no reason at all. And anyway, it is a bad idea to have too many of any one type of back-links, so do others too . . . forum posts with signatures, guest-posting on blogs, lots of social-media, videos, etc.

Just as the last poster has said above, you need to do all that but you must meet some criteria to be allowed to put links. such criteria includes attaining a certain number of posts among others. you can go check it out yourself in the rules section of yahoo answers.
After posting an answer you can add a link in resource box which display below the posted answer.

You have to be a level 3 member before you can submit link to Yahoo. The only way to do that is to submit relevant answers and gain good reputation.
you can get high quality link from yahoo answer which is allow to build quality link.
