If you do not want to target clients, its no matter, try to build your own site and have some adsens on it, then do some SEO practice on it, can make you more good in SEO and will inform you more was to earn, just do not stop to growing otherwise you will start the dying .

yes you can do it.. if you have some client then its is very easy to do SEO at home

True-er words were never spoken! Working from home is convenient but it is so easy to get distracted. The dog, telephone, visitors- the distractions are never ending. But then I went to the other extreme and never made any time for anything else- just camped out at my computer. It is tough to follow a schedule- either overwork or too many distractions. But if you CAN stick to a schedule you will be amazed at how much work you can get done.
