i want to make a site which i can use to promote and start my seo services business let me clear At this time i did not have a single penny to purchase anything .
A simple one will work well but it will be much better if you guyz help me to find a good and free one .

You may make your blog on blogger sites. hubpages, wordpress etc sites. These are free of cost and you have to spend no any money for it.

If I may ask you back, do you min setting up your business on everything free platform? Any from my experience you may succeed but it may take much longer time that you expected

Hey buddy, try to get some projects on freelancing sites to earn some money first, then use that earning to invest into a hosting account, a domain and set up a simple wordpress website.

You can create your own site for free at WordPress or blogspot

I suggest you to go on fiverr elance and other free lancing websites. Try to earn from their and than create your own SEO services website. Pray for your success
